Mis-Ordered Products : If you order wrong item (in terms of size,colors,styles) by yourself, or you find it is not what you want to order (not quality problem),our return policy is not applied for you,please aware of this.

Wrong Product Received : If you happen to receive a broken,faulty,or wrong item ,please contact us as soon as you receive the package and also Please send us clear picture or video of the problems,then our customer service will help you.,so that our customer service will help to solve the problem more faster and effective. If we can confirm that it is a faulty or wrong item sent by us, we will have you send it back. We will then check it out and replace it with a new one.
