1.If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility,then we will refund your full payment.
2.If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund.If you want to get refund,we will refund the money for this goods to you,if not,we can exchange other products for you or wait for the new stock arrived.
3.If you order wrong item (included size, colors , styles) by yourself or you don’t want the items you received any more (not for our product quality,just your personal reasons),then you can contact our customer service for a return address and after we received your returned package,we will contact you and refund your payment,but not the full amount, we will minus the shipping cost, we hope you understand.and pls assure the returned package must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging,unopened,unused,undamaged and also pls leave a note in the returned package about your order number,name,and email address,so that our customer service will contact you at very first time when the returned package arrived.
4. When the product is lost in transit to you by shipping company, we will refund fully or resend you a new good item.
5. If you happen to receive a broken,faulty, or wrong item,Please contact us as soon as you received your package and send us clear picture or video of the problems,our customer service will check for you and after confirmed,we will refund your payment or resend new one to you.
6.If your item is broken under warranty (1 months ) since the date you received the goods,we will ask you to send it back, and we will replace the new one for you, but you will have to pay your shipping fee, we will pay ours.
